How can I sell STUDIO.DAI as a store?

When is my order shipped?

Orders placed on Monday to Friday before 17:00 hrs. will be shipped the same day*. *when in stock

What is the shipping method?

We send our packages by PostNL.

You will receive a Track & Trace code as soon as your order is ready for shipment, which will enable you to follow your package from the shipment to the delivery.

How do I best get in touch with STUDIO.DAI?

How should I return a package to STUDIO.DAI?

Please announce your return shipment by sending an email to info@studiodai.nl, mentioning your order number. As soon as we have processed your return you will receive a confirmation. We advise you to send the package by registered mail.

When do I receive the reimbursement?

Return shipments will be processed within 7 working days. You will then receive a credit note and you may expect to receive the reimbursement to the payment method you used within 2 days.
